It’s August and the job market is hot -- Heated hiring continues

Unemployment is at 3.9% and that is good news for candidates. Employers have more job openings that are vacant and are looking to fill them. At the beginning of the summer (May) the Department of Labor DOL noted there were more job openings than people to fill them and this trend is continuing through the summer into the fall.
