Here are some of the trends I am following that will impact new potential employment in 2016.

Senior Sensation- Healthcare +

Today, one in three Americans is now 50 or older. By 2030 one out of every five people in the U.S. will be 65-plus. One out of every 8 Americans is considered "old" and represent 12.9% of the U.S. population.
