Is It Time To Job Hop?

Unemployment is at a new low 4.1%. Some states report unemployment as low as 2%. Thinking about a change? It might be time to job hop.

A Forbes magazine article reported that employees who stayed at a firm for a long time make less money, as much as 50% less than those who moved. The longer the employee stayed at the same firm the more earnings s/he left on the table.
