Q. Can you share your personal career journey which has culminated in the level of success that you have clearly achieved?
A. There is an old saying When Doors Close, Windows Open. I talk about this topic often for commencement speeches as summarizes my journey of twists and turns, ups and downs which I think is a typical journey for many people today, especially young people. For every door that closes a window opens and we need to find that opportunity and create that path. I view every experience whether positive or negative as having use and value.
