Q: I am sure, this is a very frequent question for you, but how did you manage to achieve the top executive positions in global corporations?

Tracey: Everyone has a different strategy on how they manage their careers. Mine has been to use education (degrees, certifications) technology skill development, and to make moves inside the firm or to new firms who value what my skills and experience. The firms where I have worked are very competitive and the world is very competitive. I have had to continue to stretch myself to learn about new topics and develop new skills and differentiate myself to keep ahead of the pack.
